As you might guess by looking at my portfolio, children's book illustration wasn't my initial plan, however a client had a number of projects in this field available and thought that my style would be good for them. I thought it might be a fun thing to try, so i gave it a shot, and now I'm hooked. below are some images from my rapidly growing list of published children's books.

Tales of two pet rats and the troubles they get themselves into. These adorable stories were written by H.J. Tomlinson, have a look, it may change how you look at rats.

This story by Patricia Grove is about a cloud who gets bored if being a cloud, you'll have to buy it to see what happens.
In this book by Mindy Wilson the new girl at school seems to be trying a bit too hard to fit in, trouble ensues.
This tale by Peter Liney is a thoughtful 'be yourself' story reminiscent of the ugly duckling, but with an interesting twist.
